Previously, Head of Partnerships at Thinx, Cloud Productions, Consultant to Quilt. Looking back, the through-line in all of the roles I had that preceded the founding of Fall Up, were rooted in a mission and purpose. In 2015, I attended my first Ayahuasca ceremony which, over time, and through continued study in ceremony, allowed me to receive my unique mission and purpose:

Mission:
Serving and supporting courageous hearted humans in growing and transforming through their grief.

Purpose:
Supporting the collective in normalizing the universality of grief.

Currently grieving:
All that is present within the collective, and personal transitions.

Currently celebrating:
Health (always), healing, and my Granny Sally’s 100th birthday.

“To heal is to touch with love that which was previously touched by fear.”
— Stephen Levine

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke
